Reflexology

Reflexology is a form of massage therapy that focuses on the feet, hands and ears to relieve pain, aches and discomfort in pregnancy. Practitioners of reflexology believe that areas of the feet and hands are connected to the internal organs and other parts of the body. It is believed that massaging the feet can send calming signals to the brain, helping to reduce tension and stress.

Reflexology is a hugely successful treatment for a number of pregnancy symptoms, including the reduction of morning sickness, insomnia, pelvic discomfort and for pain regulation through labour and birth.

At Pregma, we believe in achieving the best possible pregnancy and birth for you possible. We have a fantastic team of reflexology who are ready to help and expertly guide you through your pregnancy.
