Virginia Walker is a fully qualified, registered yoga teacher (RYT 500hr Yoga Alliance) specialising in prenatal and postnatal yoga.
She has a passion for the rebalancing and energising benefits of yoga for mind, body and soul – alignment, balance, connection and movement being key.
Virginia’s focus over the past 1.5 years has been solely working with mothers-to-be and new mothers. Her love of this work has lead her to recently become a certified Doula.
Virginia’s approach is suitable for those who have never tried yoga before to those who have an established yoga practice.
Virginia holds a calm and nurturing space. The sessions are focused solely around the clients’ needs.
For prenatal clients it may be working on strength and flexibility, relaxation, reducing anxiety, building confidence & self-esteem, pelvic floor exercise, learning birthing positions – all in mind for preparing the client for birthing their baby.
For postnatal clients it is about rehabilitation, building the body safely back up whilst including all the previous benefits.
Virginia is compassionate to the needs of those experiencing anxiety and depression.
