Please note that Pregma does not provide emergency services. If you need immediate assistance, we advise you to contact your GP or attend your local hospital’s accident and emergency department.

You can also dial 111 if you have an urgent but not life-threatening issue. Or dial 999 for assistance in a life-threatening situation.

Yes, all Pregma clients need to set up an account when they make their first booking.  This is a quick and simple process and there is no cost.

To make an appointment, simply go to the Pregma website, select a clinician for the service you require and follow the booking process.

No, Pregma has no subscription or ongoing membership cost.  You simply pay for each appointment you make with a healthcare professional.

Yes, some of our healthcare professionals are multilingual and the languages they speak will be shown in each clinician’s biography page.

Only individuals over the age of 18 are permitted to sign up to an account.  If you are under 18 and wish to make an appointment, please ask an adult you trust (normally a parent or guardian) to make the appointment for you.  If you have a particular situation that makes this difficult, please contact us on info@pregma.co.uk and we will try to assist you.  All our practitioners are required to comply with standard safeguarding measures and will refuse the consultation if you have misled us as to your age.

Yes, you can book appointments with Pregma from other countries.  That said, please note that when making your booking, all times shown in the Pregma calendar are for the United Kingdom time zone, so you will need to convert that to your local time.  Additionally, all payments will be made in GBP pounds sterling and your bookings with Pregma’s healthcare community will be subject to UK law.

Yes, one-to-one classes can be set up with a number of our clinicians.

We are also working on setting up group classes and these will be announced in due course.
